"An Ice Cream Truck for Architecture Dorks"

I consider my self as a sweet tooth and I have an unhealthy obsession with street food vendors. This post is dedicated to fellow sweet tooth and street food enthusiast.

The concept of food truck is foreign to indonesian soil, which is a shame. Coolhaus is a concept food truck that specializes in sweet food, particularly ice creams. They name their flavors after architects and architectural movements they were inspired by. Their concept is a merge of Bauhaus, an influential modernist design movement of the 1920′s and 30′s, Rem Koolhaas, the famous Dutch Architect and Theorist who challenged the mantra "Form follows function" and sweet sweet ice cream descibred as " a cookie roof and floor slab with an ice cream walls". They are all about quality and sustainability, their ice cream are all natural, hand-made and organic.

for more information on Coolhaus and their scheduled locations go to http://eatcoolhaus.com/. You'll need to be willing to travel for they are mobile and they won't stay in one location for long.
